  1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

  3. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, suppliers, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  4. The promotion will run 09:00 10.01.22 – 23:59 21.03.22. Entries outside of this period will not be accepted.
  5. To enter: No purchase is necessary. Scan the QR code on promotional packs of 70cl Glen’s Vodka, 1L Glen’s Vodka, 70cl Glen’s Platinum or 1L Glen’s Platinum from any  available store (includes online stores) or on  coasters in participating bars OR simply go www.glensvodka.com/winawage/ during the promotional period, enter your name, email address, telephone number, and favourite Scottish football team then play the game to enter prize draw and online instant win. Internet access required.
  6. Game: Entrants will be shown 5 images of football matches with the football missing. The entrant will have to drag and drop a football into the place they think the football should sit. The actual location of the football will be revealed after selection on each image. On completion of the game, entrants will be notified if they have won an online instant win prize and will be entered into the prize draw. Success in the game has no effect on allocation of prizes or entry into the prize draw. All prizes are allocated at random.
  7. Social Sharing: For one additional entry into the prize draw, share your game results to your social media account (Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram) by clicking the relevant button on the microsite at the end of the game and following the on-screen instructions to log into your account and share your game result to your Facebook or twitter feed. All players who share their results through these methods during the promotional period will automatically receive one additional entry into the prize draw. All posts must contain the result and no tagging of any brand or individual. Entrants must have an active Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one in order to receive an additional entry – you will require an active email address in order to do this. The entrant entering the promotion must be the owner of the Instagram, Facebook or Twitter account used. Proof of ownership of the social media account and proof of age may be required.
  8. The Promoter monitors responses to this promotion and if any responses made by an entrant are, or could be regarded, as being disrespectful towards other members of the Facebook, Twitter or Instagram community or contain anything which includes defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content or could cause offence, distress or be deemed socially irresponsible or likely to breach the CAP Code will be removed from the promotion.   9. Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The Promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to these websites.

By entering the promotion, all participants accept that they have no claim against Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. By entering the promotion, all participants agree to a complete liability release for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

  11. Hero prize draw: 2 x winners will be chosen at random to win a ‘weekly SPFL footballers wage’. Prizes will be allocated chronologically as follows.

    • 1 winner will win £25,000 equalling the average weekly wage of a top player in the Scottish Premiership (Average Weekly Wage of the top 10 highest paid Scottish Premiership Players during the 2021/2022 Season – data compiled from Salarysport.com list of a football team salaries in 2021/22 seasons) paid via BACS.

    • 1 winner will win £500 equalling an estimated average weekly wage for the lowest paid players (taken from the listed salaries on Salarysport.com) across the Championship and Leagues 1 and 2 during the 2021/2022 Season paid via BACS.

  12. Secondary online instant win prizes: 252 entrants will be notified instantly if they have won a secondary prize for their team as stated during the entry process including:

    • 168 x Pairs SPFL Match tickets (1 set of 2 tickets for you and one friend to win, 8 tickets and 4 pairs of winners available to be won per team across all 4 SPFL leagues)

      • All tickets are pre-selected and allocated per winning moment. Winners will be presented with a choice of 5-7 games for their team of choice, the final number will be dependent on the time of win and the number of games remaining within the season.

      • Any guests must be 18 to attend – Names of all match attendees must be provided in advance for checks with the individual clubs. Winners will be contacted by email to confirm attendee names once the prize has been accepted via the verification email.

      • Any person subject to a Football Banning Order (FBO) is ineligible to enter and the prize will be  reallocated to the prize pool if during the promotional period

      • Tickets are issued strictly at the relevant club’s discretion

      • Match ticket winners will be subject to, and agree to comply with, the COVID related attendance protocols put in place by the home club for the relevant match.

      • No travel or accommodation costs or any other expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions are included within this prize on offer.

    • 42 x SPFL team signed footballs (any team across all 4 SPFL leagues). Winners will be required to select their team of choice prior to playing the game.

    • 42 x SPFL team signed shirts (Any team across all 4 SPFL leagues). Winners will be required to select their team of choice prior to playing the game.

  13. 254 prizes available in total.

  14. One entry per customer per day. Each entrant can obtain 1 bonus prize draw entry per day throughout the promotional period via the social sharing button. Anyone entering more than once per day using multiple identities, multiple accounts or computerised or automated system will be disqualified from the promotion. Maximum of one hero prize and secondary prize per person, the hero prize winners may win max one secondary prize.

  15. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

  16. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.

  17. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

  18. No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.

  20. Winner Selection: Winners will be determined via two methods for each prize fund, detailed below:

    • Hero Prize Draw:  winners selected from all valid entries by a randomised computer process. The draw will take place by 5pm on 22.03.22

    • Secondary Online Instant Win Prizes: entrants will be notified instantly on the microsite if they are a winner of a secondary prize via time stamped winning moments mechanic. While the consumer is playing the game the algorithm will search for an open winning moment time stamp. If a time stamp is open the algorithm will then search for an available prize first with tickets, then balls then shirts. If no prize is available for that team, the entry has been unsuccessful, and the time slot remains open for another winner. 252 winning moments have been randomly allocated across the promotional period selected by a secure, independently verified computer programme. If no entry is received between one winning moment and the next, the prize from that winning moment will be rolled over into the next winning moment and be available to be won then. No guarantee all prizes will be won during the promotional period. Promotion available across 243,000 bottles of Glen’s Vodka and Glen’s Platinum Vodka in 300 on trade outlets.

  21. Prize Notification:

    • Hero Prize: The winners of the Hero Prize Draw will be notified by telephone call on 22.03.22 after the hero prize winner selection. The selected hero prize winners will have 10 working days from first contact to provide valid ID to confirm date of birth (valid driving licence, passport or equivalent accepted) and provide their UK bank details. In cases where a response is not received in time or a winner is ineligible or rejects their prize, another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. This process will be repeated until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their communications during this time in case they are a winner.

    • Secondary prizes: Winners of secondary prizes will be notified instantly onscreen if they have won a prize and will also receive an email confirmation, within 24 hours of a winning notification on screen. This email will contain details of the prize won and will include a verification link which winner will have to click to accept their prize. Once clicked winners will be asked to complete a form to confirm, their address in order to fulfil their prize.  Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner. All secondary winners have 10 working days to claim their prize via the email link. The winners age will be verified thereafter and they will be contacted by email and asked to submit a photocopy of a valid UK driver’s license or passport to verify this.

      • All unclaimed prizes and in cases where responses are not received in time or a winner is ineligible or rejects a secondary prize, the prize will be reallocated to a wrap up draw where another winner will be selected after the promotional period ends. Winners will be selected from all losing valid entries by a randomised computer process. The wrap up draw will take place by 5pm on 04.04.22. The prizes will be drawn in the order detailed within Clause 12. Winners of the wrap up draw will be notified via the email address used for entry and will be supplied with ‘how to claim’ details by 6pm on 05.04.22. Winners have 10 working days from first contact to respond by providing their date of birth and valid ID (if winner of an in person secondary prize). Age and ID will be verified by asking for a scanned copy of their photographic ID (valid driving licence, passport or equivalent accepted). In the case that they do not respond in time or are ineligible another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. This process will repeat twice before all unclaimed prizes will be null and void.

  22. Prize Redemption:

    • Hero prize: The Promoter will contact the Hero prize winners within 7 days of confirmation and the completion of any verification process to arrange their prize. When contacted the winners will have to provide their own UK bank details (sort code and account number only) in order for their prize to be delivered and allow the account to be matched at the time of payment. The cash prizes will be sent via bank transfer in 2-3 working days of details being submitted depending on their own bank.  

    • Secondary Prize: Game options for ticket prize winners will be presented to winners after successful claim of their prize and the completion of any verification process. All secondary prizes will be received within 28 days of winner confirmation and the completion of any verification process. The availability of teams to sign shirts and footballs may be affected by factors beyond the control of the Promoter such as preparation for key games so selected prizes may be received before the end of the SPFL Season 2021/22 estimated to be before the 31.05.22. Winners will be kept updated of any unavoidable delays to delivery.  Secondary prizes will be delivered via second class post. Any ticket prizes will be delivered subject to the conditions noted above in clause 12.

  23. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion will be delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

  24. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

  25. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for, address and a photo ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which the entrant must provide within 10 days. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means. It’s 10 days not 7 in the other parts of the Ts & Cs

  26. The Promoter will make available the Hero Prize winners’ surnames and counties to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting winner@multiplyagency.com.  We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners’ details by emailing winner@multiplyagency.com. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.

  27. Prizes cannot be sold. Winning prizes cannot be combined with other discounts, cashback activities or promotions. The prizes are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.

  28. This promotion is not valid in stockists that aren’t taking part in this promotion.

  29. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  30. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

  31. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

  32. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.

  33. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

  34. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.  You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to winner@multiplyagency.com. All data will be destroyed 12 weeks after the wrap up draw date.   35. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Scottish law and the Courts of Scotland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
